The whole area was completely overgrown with brambles but after a lot of clearing the wood anemones and bluebells are thriving.<\/p>\n<p>The edges of the woodland nearest to the house and along the drive have been planted. At the western end of the woods, at the lowest point, we dug out a duck pond in 2007 and in 2008 we built the boardwalk down one side which leads to a summerhouse.
